A beautiful natural blue **Umba sapphire from Tanzania**, shaped by the Earth and gently home-tumbled to reveal its organic character while preserving the individuality of the stone.

Rather than cutting the sapphire into a conventional calibrated shape, Angeline created the setting specifically around this individual gemstone. The setting was first hand-carved in wax and then cast in recycled solid 18k yellow gold using the ancient lost wax casting process. Each prong was individually shaped around the sapphire's natural contours.

The result is an unmistakably one-of-a-kind sapphire ring — organic, substantial, and beautifully imperfect.
