Lovely purple sapphire and rough diamond side stones. We tumbled them at home and I hand carved this setting in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized up or down for you as needed. The sapphire stone measures about 5.5x4.5mm and the side stones are close to 2mm. The band is around 2mm wide.
