Partially faceted (by my husband) pink sapphire with raw conflict-free diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one of a kind raw gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized up or down. The sapphire stone measures about 9.5mm X 6mm. The 2 rough diamonds are about 3mm.
