blue sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. Partially faceted (by my husband). I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k white gold using the lost wax casting process. This one of a kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 11mm x 8mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 3.5mm x 4mm
