Lovely pink/ red sapphire (home tumbled). I hand carved this setting in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized up or down for you as needed. The sapphire stones measure about 4-5mm. the band is around 3.5mm
