Lovely orange tumbled sapphire ring. I hand carved this setting in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized up or down for you as needed. The sapphire stones measures about 5mm X 3mm. the band is around 3.5mm
