part rough and partially faceted (by my husband) blue Montana sapphire. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k white gold using the lost wax casting process. This one of a kind gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 6mm X 5.5mm.
