Partially faceted blue sapphire with raw conflict-free diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid Yellow 18k gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 7.5mm X 8.5mm. The Fancy cut white side diamonds are about 3mm (both sides .365 tot ct wt).
