Partially faceted pink Sapphire Solitaire faceted by my husband. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k gold using the lost wax casting process. This one of a kind hand-cut (by my husband) gemstone ring is a size 7 it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 10mm X 7mm. The band is about 2mm wide
